Together with the progress of the globalisation, the employment environment of Japanese society is changing every moment in all industrial fields.
Despite the changes of era in which the readily development of the Internet makes “Product – Money – Information” easily cross the borders, the flow of people is yet still not very active.
Our association was established with the purpose of promoting the flow of “people” (human resources) starting from Hokkaido and supporting the ‘First Step’ of the idea of globalisation in every industry.
Added to the highly-praised credibility of Japanese products throughout the world, we are making our best endeavor to develop a human resources education that
can be trusted not only within Japan but also around the world.
We are working hard day by day, with a strong will that our support in human resources would be able to bring a more pleasant future for everyone.
